Privacy information
Information stored
Booked stores your Firebase account identifier, name and email address, business profiles, appointment availability, enquiries, messages, reviews and submitted contact details. These support the features you use.
Who can see it
Booking conversations are restricted to their participants. Business profiles and published reviews are visible on Booked. Example profiles are isolated to their creator’s account.
Photos and social content
External photos may load from the URLs a business supplies. Social reels load from their provider when you choose to load them; those providers may process data under their own policies.
